you will eat anything and call it a feast.

Herein lies gratitude and caution.

A little #BraveNote for us.

A reminder that knowing what you are hungry for, and why you are hungry for it, is very important for healing, for peace, and for learning to sit with yourself in kindness and compassion.

That being said, this little #BraveNote is also a gentle ode to gratitude.
