NURTURE Writing Groups are changing

NURTURE Writing Groups are no more!

Just kidding, although the name will be changing from October and if I can remember to update the details with the new images, I will do so for all events in September, but I can’t promise that level of organisation!

In the meantime here are the new images you will most likely see fairly often on your newsfeed, that is if you follow my creative antics here, of course.

Also, if you see these images often, please be kind and have buckets of patience, because it is surprisingly difficult to tell the big wide world exactly what it is that you do.

Sharing is always appreciated!

So, the name change? Do I just have too much time on my hands?

Well, no. I wish I had more minutes in each day.

Friends, the word ‘NURTURE‘ is a beautiful word that holds so much meaning for so many people and it is probably because of this that there is an abundance of groups, and events, and workshops that are called ‘Nurture, this, or that…‘ and I don’t want my workshops to get lost in this.

Absolutely nothing has changed except that I am just going to use my very own, ‘Sound of Music’ name, Liezel Graham! If you don’t know how to pronounce it, it is ‘Lee-zuhl‘.

Session wise, I have added a mid-afternoon personal writing session and also a Saturday afternoon session. I am trialling these times, so if you book one of them, we might have to figure out future dates. As much as my family drive me totally bonkers sometimes, they are the loveliest soft bodies, and I enjoy spending time with them, so I try to limit my working time on weekends.

The Women’s Writing Group is still every second TUESDAY, and there is a morning group for the early birds, and the writers in New Zealand and Australia, and the evening session is pretty much suitable for everyone else.

I have had some feedback in that not everyone enjoys meditating, so with the 1:1 sessions you have the option to skip that and simply have a longer writing time, or depending on your style, I might offer more than one prompt.

I am really, really not good on promoting myself, so if you have attended any of these sessions, and you feel comfortable, please pop some kind words in the comments for me?

Please and thank you!

You do NOT need to be a writer and I do not teach writing technique.

The focus is on intuitive | free form writing and I will guide you and give feedback on what you have written.

These sessions make really lovely gifts and if you are looking for a lovely add-on to a (bookish) hen night, or a girls’ night in, I would love to faciliate a session just for you.

You can send me a message for more details, or you can book any of my writing groups, one-to-one sessions, or a space at The Scarlet Thread Group, over here at Eventbrite.
