At The Scarlet Thread, a MINDFULNESS SLOW-STITCHING GROUP, held every second Sunday, we shall be chatting about ‘our work as another mouth through which we tell our story’.
What does our creative work tell about us, and what does it hide?
A simple meditation, chatting and teasing apart whatever arises, and sharing space around a virtual table.
You don’t have to know how to stitch, but we can help if you would like to learn! Otherwise, bring your knitting, or crocheting, or embroidery along and prepare for a beautiful, restful, and very chatty 90 minutes!
THE SCARLET THREAD: Bring your tea, or wine, and any fibre project you want to work on, and start the new week on a creative and peaceful note.
