Nurture women’s writing groups are back on Tuesdays and there will be a morning session and an afternoon session! This means all of you lovely folk in Australia and New Zealand have an opportunity to join in!
The afternoon session accommodates the lovely folk in the US across the following time zones: PT, MT, CT and ET.
As always, the sessions are online, and include a short meditation before diving into a free-form, writing-for-wellbeing session.
Sessions are approximately 90 minutes long. There will be a mixture of prompts that might include images, photographs, quotes, and poetry.
For more information, please see the Events page, or you can book at Eventbrite.

And… introducing…. The Scarlet Thread, which is a bi-monthly, online, meditation and slow-stitching group for women.
Sessions are approximately 90 minutes long.
We will spend about 10-15 minutes in either a guided meditation, or in simple breathwork and contemplation, and then it’s time for needles, fabric, yarn, and conversation.
The idea for The Scarlet Thread was born from a conversation I had with a friend, where we spoke of the loss of simply sitting around a table, creating, with other women of all ages – how we yearned for the quiet, feminine wisdom that often unfolds when women create together in a mindful space.
What to bring:
Your own stitching project, something to drink, and the open-hearted willingness to sit creatively and mindfully, around a virtual table, with other women.
If you are not a slow-stitcher, you are welcome to bring any fi bre project that you are able to work on whilst still being present to the group, so nothing that requires machine stitching, please.
If you are new to slow-stitching, bring a needle, thread, a piece of fabric, and scissors.
Someone will talk you through getting started.
