Lovely people, here are the details for this month’s ‘Breathe’ Guided Meditation Session.
So, how does this work?
As with the previous sessions, this is for you if your budget is tight, and you would like to sit in meditation with others, but just can’t make things stretch to include things like meditation sessions.
This month, I want to widen the invitation a wee bit more and invite you if you know that you will be on your own, or you are worried about loneliness, or perhaps if you are forced to be alone due to illness. The actual meditation will be around 20 minutes, but please bring your tea, or coffee, and a biscuit or two, and join me afterward for a wee blether, as we say here in Scotland!
This month’s session will be on Tuesday, the 26th of December, a day which is notoriously difficult for so many people, but especially for those who are experiencing loneliness, or illness, or other difficulties.
There is no cost and no questions asked. I know that sometimes life is really tough and there is a lot of month left at the end of a thin budget. You are my guest and I shall be honoured to practice with you.
If you wanted to try meditation but are uncertain, you are also most welcome!
I have allowed for 25 spaces for this session.
You will need to book via Eventbrite as this keeps all my records neat and tidy and once-upon-a-time I was a nurse, and I do love me a neat and tidy record system.
Tuesday, 26th December
20h00 – 21h30 GMT
Please book via Eventbrite
As always all I ask is that you book with intention and if you are not able to attend, please drop me mail via Eventbrite just to let me know.
This means I am able to free up a ticket for someone else.
The sessions are very simple and relaxed, and focus on a bit of breathwork, compassion for ourselves, and just being in a space with other soft bodies who are seeking stillness.
Apart from the monthly free session, I also offer meditation, and meditation + writing for wellbeing sessions, on a 1:1 basis. Please feel free to send me an email if you would like to know more.
I would love to see you there,
