A gift from me

If your budget is tight, with no room for anything other than the barest of essentials, but you would like to try meditation, then please accept my invitation to be my guest at a ‘Breathe, Meditation Session’.

One session a month, most likely the last Sunday evening of the month, will be on me. I might change the dates, or times, but this is my intention at the moment.

There is no cost and no questions asked. I know that sometimes life is really tough and there is a lot of month left at the end of a thin budget. You are my guest and I shall be honoured to practice with you.

If you wanted to try meditation but are uncertain, you are also most welcome!

I have allowed for 25 spaces, purely because I will be hosting it and also doing the background part of admitting people into the Zoom waiting room. Patience and grace will be required, so you might have to bare with me on the evening. I have not facilitated a large group like this before, so it will be a wee bit of a learning curve.

You will need to book via Eventbrite as this keeps all my records neat and tidy and once-upon-a-time I was a nurse, and I do love me a neat and tidy record system.

Sunday, 29th October

20h00 – 20h50 GMT

Please book via Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/727598545837?aff=oddtdtcreator

I ask only that you book with intention, so if you book then make it your intention to be there, but if anything happens and you cannot be there, just let me know so that I can add the ticket back onto the event for someone else to use. Thank you!

A simple, regular meditation practice has changed my life profoundly and I am deeply commited, in my own small way, to seeing as many people as possible learn how to do it and incorporate it into their lives.

This session will be geared towards beginners and will focus on breathwork, but will also incorporate compassionate words to speak inwardly over ourselves.

I am registered as a Meditation Teacher with The Complementary Medical Association.

I would love to help you develop your meditation practice,

liezel
