A writing prompt: what colour do you identify with.

In my Chasing Brave writing group, we looked at which colour we most identify with right now.

This is a writing exercise that is ideal for journalling.

It can be done with children and teens, as well as adults, and it can be light-hearted and fun, or introspective and challenging.

Sit down with your journal, or a piece of paper and think of the colour that most represents you right now.

Write as many ‘I’ statements that come to mind. Don’t overthink it, just let the words come.

Allow yourself to be playful if you want!
