If you choose to be, you could be a place of peace and kindness.

.

And choosing to be a place of peace is as much a gift to yourself, as what it is to others, and kindness and peace changes the world — the atmosphere, if you will.

.

And it’s not always, but I believe that it can get easier if we choose kindness as our default setting. Even if the other person does not deserve it — you do.

Your heart is a tender place.
